The GT505PI by American Water Heaters is designed to provide continuous hot water in a space-saving wall-mounted design in an Indoor application. The digital controller lets you easily set precise temperatures, and provides on-board diagnostic capabilities.
This unit delivers up to 9.4 Gallons Per Minute of hot water, using a maximum 190,000 BTUs per hour of Propane. With an Energy Factor of 0.82, it meets all guidelines for ENERGY STAR® rating, and is eligible for the federal tax credit and many incentives from local utilities.
American Water Heaters provides a 12-year limited warranty on heat exchanger in residential applications, 5-year limited warranty on heat exchanger in commercial applications, and a 5-year warranty on all parts.
Like most gas tankless water heaters, this unit requires a 3/4" gas line. If your desired installation location has a smaller gas line, you will need to upgrade your gas line in order to enjoy the benefits of this water heater.
